MyTreetime User Agreement

Welcome to MyTreetime (hereinafter referred to as "this App"), an iOS-exclusive application. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") are entered into between you (the user) and the operator of MyTreetime (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the App Operator"). Please carefully read this Agreement before using the App. Your use of MyTreetime constitutes your full acceptance of all the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please cease using the App immediately.
The core function of this App combines tomato clock productivity tools with tree cultivation gameplay: users can obtain virtual water drops by completing tomato clock sessions, click to water the tree to promote its growth, and collect the tree once it reaches Level 3. The following terms govern your use of all functions and services provided by this App.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App independently. If you are under 13 years old, you must use this App under the direct supervision and consent of your parents or legal guardians, and your guardians shall be responsible for your use of the App.
- You agree to use this App in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Apple’s App Store policies, and shall not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purposes (including but not limited to disrupting App operation, infringing on the rights of other users, or violating public order and good customs).
2. Gameplay and Rewards
- The core gameplay of this App includes tomato clock usage and tree cultivation: you can complete tomato clock sessions to obtain virtual water drops, use water drops to water the tree, and collect the tree when it grows to Level 3. The growth progress of the tree, the number of water drops obtained, and the conditions for tree collection are all calculated and implemented in accordance with the App’s preset system rules.
- Special in-game events, task achievements, or tomato clock usage milestones may activate additional water drop bonuses or reward multipliers. The specific rules of such events will be announced through in-app notifications or event pages.
- We reserve the right to review, restrict, or penalize accounts with suspicious or abnormal activities, including but not limited to using plug-ins or third-party tools to interfere with game data, maliciously brushing water drops through improper means, modifying tree growth progress, or other behaviors that violate fair gameplay principles. Penalties may include (but are not limited to) deducting virtual water drops, resetting tree growth progress, temporarily freezing the account, or permanently deleting the account.
- All in-game rewards (including but not limited to virtual water drops, tree models, and collected tree records) are for entertainment purposes only and do not have actual cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services unless explicitly stated otherwise in the App.
3. Account and Data
- If you choose to set an in-game nickname or provide personal information (voluntary), you must ensure that the information is accurate, true, and up-to-date. You shall be responsible for any consequences caused by false or misleading information.
- If your account is found to be involved in fraud, abuse, cheating, or other unauthorized activities that violate this Agreement or Apple’s App Store policies, we may temporarily freeze or permanently delete such accounts, and cancel any unused virtual rewards in the account without prior notice.
- We will collect, use, store, and protect your relevant data in accordance with the MyTreetime Privacy Policy. For details on data collection scope, usage purposes, and protection measures, please refer to the Tree World Game Privacy Policy applicable to this App.
4. Advertising and Purchases
- Certain functions of this App may include optional in-app purchases (e.g., purchasing virtual water drops, premium tree species, or ad-free services) or rewarded advertisements (obtaining additional water drops by watching advertisements voluntarily).
- All advertisements displayed in the App comply with Apple’s App Store advertising policies and relevant laws and regulations, and will not contain harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- You are not required to make in-app purchases or watch advertisements to continue using the App’s core gameplay (completing tomato clock sessions to obtain water drops, watering trees, and collecting trees at Level 3).
- For in-app purchases, you agree to comply with Apple’s App Store payment terms and related regulations. Any refund issues related to in-app purchases shall be handled in accordance with Apple’s official refund policies, and we will cooperate with Apple to complete the relevant procedures.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content related to this App, including but not limited to tree models, interface designs, tomato clock functions, text descriptions, graphics, audio materials, and software codes, are the exclusive intellectual property rights of the App Operator or its licensors.
- Without the prior written permission of the App Operator, you shall not copy, modify, duplicate, distribute, transmit, display, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of this App, nor shall you use any content of the App for commercial or illegal purposes.
- The names "MyTreetime" and "Tree World", as well as the App’s logo and related brand identifiers, are trademarks of the App Operator. You shall not use, misappropriate, or tamper with these trademarks without authorization.
6. Disclaimer
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure the smooth operation of this App on iOS devices, but we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fault-free. Temporary outages, delays, or malfunctions may occur due to App maintenance, technical upgrades, server failures, network problems, or factors beyond our control (such as force majeure, Apple system updates, etc.). We will notify you through in-app announcements or other reasonable channels as much as possible when such situations occur, and make every effort to restore services promptly.
- All in-game gameplay results, including but not limited to water drop acquisition, tree growth progress, and tree collection conditions, are based on the App’s open system rules. In case of any discrepancy between your understanding of the rules and the actual in-app display or results, the in-app display and system records shall prevail.
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of entertainment experience, or other intangible losses) arising from your use or inability to use this App, unless such damages are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- This App is for entertainment and productivity assistance purposes only. It is not a gambling platform, and all in-game content, rewards, and gameplay do not involve real money gambling or any form of illegal gambling activities.
7. Suspension or Termination
- If you violate any applicable laws, regulations, Apple’s App Store policies, or any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this App at any time, cancel the unused virtual rewards in your account, and shall not be liable for any losses caused thereby.
- We may also terminate or suspend the provision of all or part of the App’s services at any time for operational adjustments, legal requirements, technical upgrades, or other legitimate reasons. We will notify you through prominent channels within the App (such as pop-up notifications, message centers) as much as possible in advance, and handle related matters reasonably.
- Upon termination of your use of the App, the rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately expire. You shall cease all use of the App, and we will retain the right to delete your account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time to adapt to changes in laws, regulations, Apple’s App Store policies, or our business needs. The updated Agreement will be posted in a prominent location within the App (such as the "User Agreement" page in the App settings), and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Your continued use of the App after the update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, please cease using the App immediately.
